NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS REQUIRED. Our service agreement is just that - a service agreement and not a contract. It promises that we will do our job, outlines how we will do it and that you will pay us as agreed. There are no "hooks" or additional hidden fees or bothersome dinner time calls. We offer service plans to address new mole activity as well as existing mole problems and we work fast to minimize the lawn damaging impact that these moles can have on your landscape. The initial fee, which includes the initial consultation, lawn inspection and trap set is due at setup and then a per mole fee is billed for each capture as they occur. Depending on the season and environment most standard residential lawns with new activity have an average of 1-3 moles.
Our services are not for everyone. If you take pride in your lawn and realize how much value and enjoyment that a mole free lawn adds to your home then I'm your guy. If you're a tire kicker and just shopping around for the cheapest price then perhaps you need to keep shopping. Remember, "cheap work is never good and good work is never cheap". (And that's why a lot of the others have gone out of business)
Mole Trapping - No two lawns are the same so the initial service call, consultaion, lawn inspection and trap set will vary by location and lawn size plus $50 per mole capture. Previous customers may get discounts and concessions at times to thank them for their loyalty. The initial term is for 30 days or until the current mole problem is resolved - whichever is first. This allows enough time to resolve the current mole problem and to address other moles in the area that may recolonize the tunnels. There is no charge, other than the capture fee, for trap checks and to reset traps as needed during the term of service. At the end of your service term you may be offered the option of extending your service at a discounted rate to ensure continued protection.
Please note: In order to maintain our competitive pricing and route efficiency we may decline service requests in rural areas or charge additional fees to offset the costs associated with the additional time and mileage.
